Koula’s House is built on a quiet rocky promontory in the old town, above the crystal clear water of the Aegean.

From this truly unique position, the three terraces overlook the beautiful old harbour next to Bourtzi to the East (where Mamma Mia was filmed) and the Plakes to the South West.
The islands of Tsougria and Arcos spread out to the South. You can watch the sunrise over the harbour and sunset over the Plakes, while dozing, sunbathing or even working.

Koula’s House is a family run Boutique Hotel which belongs to one of the oldest families in Skiathos and has recently been extensively rebuilt and modernized using high quality fittings in a simple Greek Minimalist Style by Syrainoula (Nina) Mathinou, to offer all modern amenities. Nina promises to continue and extend Koula’s famous hospitality which has been given to generations of well known and less well known guests from all over the world.
